Thank you so much for shopping at our little farm. So much work and dedication goes into our tuber sale and we truly love what we do. 

Product info: Each tuber you purchase is a single tuber, not a clump. Tubers will be have an eye. It may not be sprouted yet, or it may have the beginning of a sprout. 

Once you receive your shipment, if you have any issues, please contact us within 5 days. Once 5 days has passed, you assume responsibility of tubers. 

Some tubers are ugly. Please don't let that deter you. If they have an eye, crown, neck and body they will grow. The tubers you're buying come from a very rainy area in BC, so sometimes they will have lenticels. Sometimes they'll be wonky and weird looking. We don't tuber shame here. If you receive your tubers and they've wrinkled slightly during shipping, do not worry! They will still grow into beautiful dahlia plants. Size does not matter. Even a teeny tiny tuber will grow big beautiful blooms. 

Virus: Up to 87% of plants not showing symptoms can be infected with a dahlia virus. We have strict operating procedures around sanitization between tools. Anything that looks like it could be infected gets ripped out and burned. However viruses can be passed on from many things including bugs and insects, and no ones growing area is 100% sterile. We do not refund for viruses. 

Mislabels: We are extremely dilligent in ensuring that dahlias are labeled correctly, however, mistakes do happen. If you have a dahlia that has been mislabeled, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. 

Shipping: Tubers will not ship until April/May, depending on your area and the last frost date. Shipping will be a flat rate of $18.00 Canada wide. We do not ship to the US, as we don't have the necessary certificates. 

Local Pickup: We will have local pickup available on our farm in Langley. If you are choosing local pickup, you must make an appointment. 

Dahlia tubers can be finicky to store. If for any reason by April we have any loss of product, you will be refunded in full. 

All sales are final. Once you make a purchase we can not cancel orders, make changes or refund.
